Mark Greenwood

Director of William Property Management

Mark has had a lifelong interest in bricks and mortar – his father was an architect and his brother is a property developer.

Mark and his team take pride in providing a clear and extremely competitive fee structure and going the extra mile for their clients as a matter of course: “If we’re able to deal with something, we will,” he says.

“William Property Management was established in 2007. Since that time we have gained a great reputation for value, fulfilling our responsibilities to all our clients in an approachable, friendly and efficient manner” says Mark.

“We are currently strengthening our presence within the local property scene”.

In May 2015 William Property Management moved to a characterful 17th Century building in the heart of historic Faversham, Kent. The double fronted ‘shop front’ premises providing a great base for the team to continue to develop new business. ‘We have quickly established ourselves here and have been warmly welcomed by the friendly local business community. Faversham is a great location for us" .

Out of work, Mark is one of only three English International Roller Hockey Referees. He has previously refereed at the World Championships in Uruguay.

Jamie joined us as an apprentice in 2013 but quickly progressed to become the office manager at Faversham. Working as one of William Property Management’s dedicated block managers, Jamie quickly learnt the vital skills for the job and is now in charge of the block management team, as well as overseeing the office. During his time with William Property Management he has gained a reputation for providing a personal and helpful service. “Your property is your home, and we want to ensure all our clients are happy in their homes”.

When he’s not working, Jamie has a range of interests and often has many projects on the go at once. He enjoys running round a squash court or football field but also has a love of archery. Jamie is both a level 1 archery coach and shoots for the county team, while aspiring to reach the national team in coming years. Watch this space!

Jazmine started as an apprentice in our accounts department in 2017, and since then has quickly developed skills to make her an integral part of our team. Jazmine has always had a keen interest in numbers and mathematics, and enjoys the challenges that come with her position. A key part of her role is to liaise with both contractors and property owners at all of our developments,. Jazmine provides an efficient, helpful and friendly service while dealing with all clients in relation to their financial matters.

Outside the office, Jazmine enjoys going to the gym or socialising with family and friends, and also travels the UK to watch live sports – especially football or ice hockey. In particular Jazmine likes to spend time at theme parks with friends or at the zoo with lots of lovely animals!

Max joined our lettings team in 2018 straight after school and already had a deep interest in property. He has learnt his trade quickly to become an essential part of the lettings department, as well as a friendly face with many tenants. Working as a lettings administrator, Max deals with all aspects of rentals involving both landlords and tenants, from initial property enquiries and viewings through to check ins, maintenance work and tenancy renewals. Max is often the first person from our team to help tenants move into their lovely new homes!

Away from work Max enjoys good music, tv and video games, as well as socialising with his friends. Max can often be found at music festivals, he attended Glastonbury Festival in both 2016 and 2017 and plans to continue going every year where he can.

Natalie started at William Property Management in 2015, already with 10 years experience in block management under her belt! Originally Natalie considered a career in the police service but her interest in property and architecture led her to move into block management, and ever since Natalie has been working hard to provide her clients with the service they deserve. After two short breaks of maternity leave, Natalie has returned to the industry as a senior block manager and works part time to help balance her work and family life.

Beyond work, Natalie enjoys spending time with her large family and in particular her two sons, as well as socialising and good food. Natalie also has experience in rentals, having previously renovated and let her own property but now prefers to look after them for others.

Isabel began her career in property with William Property Management in 2018 and has become an important part of our block management team. Coming from a customer service background, Isabel now works with our more senior staff to learn the industry and provide a committed and dedicated service to our clients. As she works through her apprenticeship, Isabel also develops her knowledge and skills by working with residents, owners and contractors through site meetings, repair works and AGM’s.

When not at work, Isabel enjoys a good shopping spree or meeting up with old friends and family, but most of all loves travelling and exploring new and exotic cultures and (hot!) countries.

Elizabeth brought a wealth of knowledge and experience when she started working with us in 2019. More than 10 years working in the industry have helped Elizabeth to master residential lettings as well as holiday lets and managing Airbnb both for clients and her own properties. She first fell into the role after the owner of a local letting agent spotted her eye for detail while she was working in a jewellery store and was so impressed he offered her a job. Despite being employed by landlords, Elizabeth knows that the best way to keep owners happy is ensuring tenants are happy and comfortable in their homes and she is always prepared to go the extra mile to make that happen.

If she can tear herself away from work, Elizabeth enjoys gardening, photography and hosting dinner parties, as well as visiting family in Cornwall where she loves to surf with her son. She is always on the lookout for a good investment, and is particularly drawn to period properties.
