William Property Management Ltd is an independent block and estate management and lettings agency. Our office is in Faversham, Kent. We make lettings simple for landlords in all our managed blocks and for independent landlords in Faversham, Kent and the surrounding areas.

1. We will actively market your property, taking care of everything, photographs, internet advertisement and carefully chosen local press advertisements.
2. We will supervise all viewings and when a suitable tenant is found we will fully reference them including credit checks.
3. We will prepare our solicitor-approved tenancy agreement and a full inventory of your property contents including photographs.
4. Should you so wish we can arrange a competitively priced Rental Guarantee Warranty and move in your tenants on the chosen date.
5. We will then manage your property professionally and efficiently, taking care of any maintenance issues, collecting the rent, deducting our fees and transferring your maximised rental income to a bank account of your choice.

We are also able to advise and - where necessary - assist in arranging, gas and electricity safety checks and certificates and the new energy performance certificate which is required for all let property from 1st October 2008.
