We’re proud of our friendly, experienced team who go the extra mile to provide fantastic service at William Property Management – whether that’s letting and selling property, or estate and block management. With a wealth of local knowledge between us, we’re all experts in our area. As ‘Gold winners’ at the British Property Awards three years in a row (2018-19, 2019-20 and 2020-21) you wouldn’t expect anything less!
You could say that property management is part of Mark’s DNA. Before setting up the company, he already had many years’ property experience - plus his father and brother were both in the sector (working as architects, surveyors and developers). Mark established William Property Management in 2007, and has been instrumental in recruiting a great team and building a solid reputation with landlords and tenants ever since. And of course he’s particularly proud of all the awards the company has won!
Out of work, Mark was one of only three English International Roller Hockey referees. He’s refereed all over Europe, and previously refereed at the World Championships in Uruguay. Mark also runs, cycles and enjoys good food and wine.
Senior block manager and office manager
Jamie joined William Property Management as an apprentice in 2013 but was quickly promoted to office manager. He also learned the vital skills needed for block management, and is now in charge of the block management team. During his time with us he's gained a reputation for providing a personal and helpful service, whatever the task.
When he’s not working, Jamie has a range of interests and often has many projects on the go at once. He enjoys running round a squash court or football field but also has a love of archery. Jamie is a Level 1 archery coach and also shoots for the county team - plus hopes to reach the national team in coming years. Watch this space!
Jazmine started in our accounts department in 2017, and quickly developed skills to make her an integral part of our team. Jazmine has always had a keen interest in numbers and mathematics, and enjoys the challenges that come with her position. A key part of her role is to liaise with both contractors and property owners at all of our developments. Jazmine provides an efficient, helpful and friendly service while dealing with clients about their financial matters.
Outside the office, Jazmine enjoys going to the gym or socialising with family and friends, and also travels the UK to watch live sports – especially football or ice hockey. In particular Jazmine likes to spend time at theme parks with friends, or at the zoo with lots of animals.
Max joined William Property Management in 2018, jumping straight into the lettings industry after completing his A levels. He played an important part in our team winning the award for 'Best Letting Agent in Faversham' for the last three years in a row, and his friendly and calm approach helps to reduce clients' ongoing stresses. Working with clients in Kent, Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire, he has a strong work ethic and keen eye for detail - and when it comes to photographing properties he's definitely your man!
Outside of the office, Max enjoys socialising with friends, photography, gaming and travelling. He also has a keen interest in music, appreciating live music and a love of Glastonbury Festival - plus has learned to play the guitar himself.
Elizabeth brought a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team when she joined us in 2019. Over a decade spent in the industry had helped her master residential lettings, as well as holiday lets and managing Airbnb both for clients and her own properties. She first fell into the role after the owner of a local letting agent was so impressed with her eye for detail while she was working in a jewellery store that he offered her a job. Elizabeth knows that the best way to keep landlords happy is making sure tenants are happy and comfortable in their homes - and she's always prepared to go the extra mile to make that happen.
If she can tear herself away from work, Elizabeth enjoys gardening, photography and hosting dinner parties, as well as visiting family in Cornwall where she loves to surf with her son. She is always on the lookout for a good investment, and is particularly drawn to period properties.
Estate and block manager
Helen started with us in February 2021 as an experienced property manager, having gained a huge amount of knowledge and experience working for prestigious companies in the past. She is supremely organised, able to make informed decisions on complex issues with very short notice while still following the letter of the law. A key part of Helen's role, along with her colleagues, is to liaise with both contractors and property owners at all our developments so her impeccable communication skills come in handy.
Outside of work Helen has two small ponies that keep her busy and other hobbies are gardening and photography. Having made a significant move from Lincolnshire recently she is feeling comfortable in her new role at William Property Management. Family commitments are very important to her and she spends as much time as possible with her children and grandchildren.
Trainee lettings negotiator
Adam joined William Property Management straight from school in August 2020 as a trainee lettings negotiator. He's also working towards completing his Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship and has shown himself to be dedicated, reliable, friendly and efficient.
When he's not at work Adam loves kickboxing and martial arts, and is currently training towards his next fight. As an avid sports fan he also enjoys watching boxing, mixed martial arts and football on TV - plus spending time with his girlfriend.
Alice worked in several different industries before moving into property management with William Property Management in 2021. Her experience in the retail and hospitality sectors in particular means she's skilled at customer service, and she takes pride in being friendly and professional at all times. Alice enjoys a challenge and is keen to get stuck into everything thrown her way.
While she’s not working, Alice loves travelling for new experiences as well as spending time with her large family; at least, when her Harry Potter obsession isn't getting in the way! She's also keen to learn new languages; she studied Russian at university and already has Spanish and French under her belt, but feels there is always more to learn...
