Putting safety first during the coronavirus pandemic

Keeping everyone safe is our number one priority during the coronavirus pandemic.

That’s why we ensure that all our team members, our contractors and our viewers adhere to the government guidelines in place at the time.

We conduct remote viewings wherever feasible and now prepare a video walkthrough of all new properties as a complimentary addition to our lettings package for landlords.

While we do currently carry out in-person viewings, this is just for potential tenants who we feel are serious about renting that property and are in a position to progress their application.

Our rules for these physical viewings are that:

• A maximum of two viewers can view the property together
• Viewers must wear face coverings and stick to social distancing
•  Viewers are forbidden to touch anything within the property (we open doors and cupboards beforehand to make this possible)
• We also open all windows for extra ventilation
• A member of the William Property Management team accompanies viewers at all times.
